Purchasing Maui real estate is a major transaction, and all details need to be handled expeditiously -- time is of the essence! In the majority of cases the seller will be represented by his own "listing" agent. If you attend an Open House or call the number on a "for sale" sign, you will be talking to a broker who owes full allegiance to the seller. Wouldn't you want to have complete and fair representation in the real estate transaction -- a trained professional on your team, representing only your interests as a Buyer? As a Maui Buyer's Broker, I represent the consumer who is purchasing the property.
