You did it!  And it was no small task -- coordinating between me on the mainland and my parents on Maui; finding the time between my mom's schedule and my dad's schedule; finding something that would be agreeable to all interested parties; dealing with off-island sellers, home inspections, surveyors, banks, building codes and regulations, and all the rest.

And you did it with kindness, honesty, generosity, tenacity, and just plain hard work. I had a feeling that you were good after our first contact. I just had no idea how amazing you really are. People deserve to know how committed you are to your clients and how hard you will work for them.

Yesterday we were singing Jack's praises again for having found us our marvelous property here on Maui as we celebrated three years since we first set eyes on the property.

We recently completed a transaction with Jack Fisher representing us as our as our Buyer's Broker in January. We found Jack through the internet, communicating by e-mail. He was always helpful in sending detailed information about all properties in which we had expressed an interest. Jack knew we would not be flying into Maui until December, but he nevertheless always immediately responded to our questions.
 
Jack was a delight to work with in person. He was there for us and always willing to work with our schedule during that week. Throughout the contract period he kept us informed as to what should be taking place and if we needed to be doing anything. He performed the final walk-though for us in our absence and guided us through the escrow process to a successful closing.
